American Aqua Systems, Inc shall act as a service provider and conductor of preventative maintenance for any customer who requests such service with a purchase of a pure water system. 

It is strongly recommended that a service contract is purchased along with the system to ensure optimal performance and safety; however, one is not always required or offered.

Routine provisions for each service contract are as follows;
          •  Collection of all necessary performance data at least quarterly.
          •  Calibration of all monitors, meters and measurement devices.
          •  Provision of all Prefilter, submicron filters, Ultra Violet Lamps, RO
                Membrane Cleaners and carbon tank rebedding where applicable.
          •  Replacement of any gauge, valve, fitting etc of $200.00 or less.
          •  Unlimited Staff In-services or Training for facility personnel as needed.
          •  24 / 7 Emergency Service Response where a beeper and phone
                number will be provided in case of emergency. Emergency Response
                occurs within 4 hours of the request for most cases.
